Hello world! and Top CMS

April 24, 2007 · Leave a Comment

I kind of starting this blog after reading this article “Learning Web 2.0“. Nowadays, there are so many easy-to-use tools helping us to do content management system (CMS), such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, LiveJournal, Xoops and WikiMedia …etc. These software not only free but also opensource which means you can download all their source code, study it, change it, customize it to fit your special need. There are also a lot of free hosting on the Net, such as this one WordPress.com. Apart from having fun, CSM can be an important role in business setting, such as serving as an intranet portal in office, so information can be stored online rather than using paper, it saves time in publishing, editing, retrieving and sharing information and also information can be archived for future use.
